The groundbreaking series created by Amazon, that narrates the story of the people of a small rural town living above “The Loop”- a machine that is extensively designed, that can unseal the conundrums of the universe.
The lead played by Duncan Joiner & Rebecca Hall has made the characters come to life & made the whole film worthwhile.

In a generation where sci-fi is more about the actions & special effects, this movie is a lot more about its story thus giving the audiences a fresh break from the basic notion of science fiction.
Even though the movie runs at a much slower pace given its genre, it deeply enlightens about the individual characters. The movie comprises of many twists & turns & throws unexpected situations at the characters to tackle which enables the viewer to develop a better understanding towards them.
The beautiful reminiscence of Swedish rural countryside from the early 90s, squared Volvo cars blended with rusty imaginary machinery, all wrapped in cinematic dusk lighting, truly reflecting the mood of Simon Stålenhag’s artworks.
The production, cinematography, and acting are top-notch and worth viewing from a visual and stylistic perspective. “Tales from the Loop” is like art with timeless visuals enduring the relationships between the towns’ characters.
At the beginning of the series, a young girl is shown traveling through time & in one of the episodes, a lonely man is sent into another dimension, where he sees himself leading a happy life with his long-term boyfriend.
The original series blends the narrative of the story in a manner where each character is interrelated but yet holds sole importance.
Each episode focuses on individual citizens about their experiences of traveling through time. Each experience shares a key element, slowly evolving into the mystery box, a machine that can solve the riddles of the universe.
I just finished watching Tales From The Loop. It's heartbreaking and moving and beautiful. The mix of scifi robotics with rotary phones, emotional piano scores, intense human narratives and incredible cinematography was breathtaking. I can't recommend it enough. #TalesFromTheLoop

An intelligent, meaningful, and dark approach towards the sci-fi genre that does not bother answering about the existence of a machine rather centers upon the individual experiences that one gathers while traveling through time.
A little slow-paced but a worthwhile watch. If you’re a fan of sci-fi, art, and the bigger questions in life, you will enjoy this.
